Comprehensive Clinical Assessment (CCA)
What is a CCA?
A Comprehensive Clinical Assessment (CCA) is an intensive clinical and functional assessment that results in a written report summarizing the individual’s mental health and/or substance abuse disorder diagnosis.

What is it used for?
This intensive face-to-face assessment identifies a client’s needs across various domains, including behavioral health, physical health, housing, education, and vocational needs. The CCA provides the foundation for creating a detailed written report that informs the development of a personalized treatment or service plan aimed at symptom reduction, recovery, and fostering greater independence.
