Owner & Therapist
Are you carrying the pressure to hold it all together while feeling disconnected, anxious, or unsure of who you’re becoming? Many women, whether navigating the stress of the teen years, college, building careers, nurturing relationships, or redefining what fulfillment looks like in motherhood, find themselves carrying the weight of expectations and wondering, “What about me?”

I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate (LCASA). I specialize in supporting women through life’s transitions. That might mean navigating the identity shifts of motherhood, managing the pressures of a career or school, rebuilding after burnout, working through relationship challenges, confronting imposter syndrome, navigating questions of self-worth, or simply longing for more joy and connection.

In therapy with me, you’ll find a warm, collaborative space to lay down what’s heavy and explore what you truly need. Together, we’ll focus on what matters most: managing anxiety, strengthening boundaries, healing relationships, and rediscovering your sense of self.

Healing doesn’t have to happen alone. Therapy is the first step, but connection is the heart. You don’t have to walk this path by yourself.
